Welcome to Our New Condo in
Ariel Dunes in the Seascape Resort
on Miramar Beach in Destin! |

We are very proud of our new piece of
paradise and look forward to having you as
our guests. We have a fantastic beach
location on Scenic Gulf Drive where you can
just relax and catch the sun's rays on one
of the most beautiful beaches in the world
and go shelling, parasailing or enjoy many
of the other activities. When not on the
beach, you can enjoy the many restaurants
(Cabana Cafe is located on the 1st floor),
tennis courts, the Seascape Golf Club, the
new Fitness Center on the 1st floor or go
shopping at the Sand Dollar Outlet Mall, the
largest of its kind.

To assure that your stay is one of the best
you've ever experienced, we have furnished
the condo to be very warm and to make you
feel you are at "your" Florida beach home
away from home! In
October, 2009, we were lucky enough to
locate our condo which had NEVER
been rented, Unit 1410 (3BR/3BA) which had just
been professionally furnished by an interior
designer. |

We believe very strongly in cleanliness and
convenience. As our guests, when you arrive
at Ariel Dunes, just take
the elevator and go straight to your condo.
NO registration & NO hassle!!! In addition
to having a house in Destin which allows us
to check on the condos personally on
a regular basis, we have an individual that
personally cleans the condo, rather than
using a cleaning service. Once you have been
our guests, you will want to return. Some of
our guests have even become our personal
friends! |
